How coaching works

   You and I work on a one on one basis. There is no stock procedure or course. We work on the business issues that are important to you in the best way suited to you as an individual. It's about what you want to achieve.

   We work to achieve specific outcomes and you judge the effectiveness of the process from the results you achieve. We judge success in the dimensions that are important to you.

   At each session, we work on an issue that you choose (examples from recent practice   
-' I want to exploit an opportunity to double this business in 3 years', ' With my new board, I want to re think my role in the next year',' I enjoy achieving milestones only briefly- I want to be able to enjoy the journey as much as achieving the milestone').

   I ask questions to help you work through the problem.

   I ask questions to help you identify the issues behind the issues.

   I understand your unique strengths and help you to connect with them.

   I challenge you.

   You make the choices that are best for your business.
